FAQ/POLICIES & IMPORTANT INFO
Orders are accepted 24 hrs a day, but business hours are Monday - Friday 11am- 3pm CST. Any order placed after 6pm CST Monday - Thursday will start processing the following business day (Monday). ANY order placed after 6pm CST Friday or on Saturday and Sunday will not start processing until Monday, even if you have same day processing. We are closed for all major holidays and do not process orders on those days. All Things Her products are all natural hand made with precision and love from start to finish.
Organic Product Shipments
United States Postal Service (USPS) is our preferred shipping carrier within the US. Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class or USPS Priority Service. After orders depart from our store and received by the postal services, tracking information is provided via email only. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages once they are out of our custody. All Things Her is not responsible for delivery delays or damaged goods due to inclement weather, mishandling by carrier, or undeliverable addresses. It is the consignee's decision whether or not to add insurance to cover a package during transit to insure protection. Note: Free shipping promotional offers (when applicable) apply only to a US address originating within the 48 states. There will be a nominal fee if the shipping address is outside of the lower 48 states
After orders are placed, it takes approximately 5-10 business days for body wave, straight, and curly to be received, and 10-14 business days for kinky straight to be received. These days are put in place to allot time for your orders to process and your payment method to be verified and authorized. These things MUST take place prior to your order undergoing processing and shipment.
Generally shipping takes about 2-3 business days via USPS within the 48 states and roughly 6-10 business days for those outside of the United States. When your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with your personalized tracking number. We only ship to the address provided when your order was placed. If your address is unverifiable, we will not ship your package until you confirm it. ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR. In the event that your package is left at the post office after several delivery attempts and comes back to us, we will notify you via email. Again, we are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, weather delays, and/or delays due to the holiday. We strongly suggest not booking a hair appointment until you have received your order as things do happen unexpectedly with the post office.
HAIR PRODUCT FAQ
1. When will I receive my tracking number? How does processing and shipping work? What about my back order? I WANT MY PRODUCT!
ATH products are handmade. Because of this, all orders are pre order and our processing time is 5-10 business days unless you pay for faster processing. Processing and shipment are not interchangeable. This means that if you pay for faster processing, this does not mean that your shipping is expedited with USPS. This means that your order will be processed before others. Back orders can take anywhere from 4-5 months. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with your tracking number be sure to check your inbox/spam.
2. What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are FINAL.
3. What if I receive an empty package?
ATH is not responsible for any lost packages. It is our suggestion that when checking out you choose to add signature requirements in order to receive your order when it is shipped. This insures that your package is not left on your front porch or doorstep.
4. How long does shipping take ?
Our shipping takes 3-4 business days after your order has been processed. Processing is 7-14 business days. However, this can and will be extended in the event of a massive sale. IF a massive sale is conducted and you make a purchase, processing time is automatically extended to 10-40 business days. Please remember that there is only one person making your products. ATH is not responsible for weather delays.
5. Will your conditioner save any type of hair?
Our customers have had much success with reviving their hair with our conditioning products. However ATH does NOT guarantee the revival of all hair.
6. What if I receive the wrong order?
Please notify us by email when you have received a wrong order with the subject line "HELP! I REICEIVED THE WRONG ORDER". We will send out the products that you originally ordered. You will have the same processing and shipping time as articulated above.

Shipping and Packaging Information
Package the hair that you want made into a unit. If you want a full unit to be created, please include a closure. Please do not make any markings on the outside of the package, as we do not want your package to be at risk of theft or damage. EXTENSIONS MUST BE CLEAN AND FREE OF DEBRIS. Below are the contents that your package should contain when shipped to us for construction (please type this indicator OR WRITE LEGIBLY):
Full Name (First, last, Middle I.)
Shipment Return Address
Contact information (phone number and email address)
Amount of Bundles (properly labeled [ex. 12in, 14in, 16in, etc])
Hair Type/Name of Curl Pattern (ex. body wave, deep curly, straight, etc.)
Please allow 7-14 business days for you to receive your unit. Please plan accordingly when sending contents for your wig if you require a certain deadline. If you require a certain deadline, PLEASE inform us before your invoice is sent to you. Rush fee is an additional $60 and you'll receive your unit within 3-5 business days rather than 7-10 business days. Overnight shipping is an additional $60. Overnight shipping allows us one full business day to create your unit then ship it over night the following day. This does not mean that if you make a wig purchase at 6pm that you will receive it the next day, as this has not allowed one full day of construction.
ALL THINGS HER WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE PACKAGES DUE TO COURIER OR THE ELEMENTS, NOR WILL ALL THINGS HERHOLD RESPONSIBILITY FOR PACKAGES THAT NEVER REACH OUR DESTINATION.
